have reviewed a few sites and in general have found that one should not buy flotec tanks. as an engineer i have to agree with the comments i have read from the installers i found that the flotec's are not built to last like other models.

to repair a flotec
But since that is what I own and the bladder broke, I was able to buy the replacement bladder at el arco where i purchased the tank about 4 years ago. about 1200 pesos at 12.7 to 1 exchange rate now.

here is information on buying in the USA from flotecs web site this was the reply, so should be able to special order it with Home Depot too. I also saw some bladders at plumbing banos on 16 de September.

The cost for the U20-10 is $ 138 ($103.50 with a credit card order) + freight $ 15 + tax to place an order call 800-365-6832 we accept Visa or Mc or special order from Home Depot NO freight and Less for the parts.
If you send check it will take ten working days to clear check before we can ship the parts, we ship within 3 to 5 days on money order or credit cards.

The Real, The Original, Better-Bottle!
BPA-FREE, DEHP-FREE, Plasticizer-FREE!
3 or 5 Gallon for water coolers or crocks

3-5 gallon water bottle snap on carry handle
Comfortable Grip
Eco-Friendly Solution!

Blue Snap-On Handles

The handle part of PET bottles with molded-in handles is of a different type of plastic. To recycle properly the handle must be cut off, so they usually end up in landfills. Therefore, Better Bottles do not have molded in handles. Good policy!

This Snap-On Blue handle can be used for years to carry the bottles "suitcase style." (Don't use them at an angle. They can disengage.)
