Arroyo de Leon that parallels the long grade out of La Ventana on east side. From intersection of road out of LA Ventana and hwy 286, set odometer to zero. Just past 5.2 miles up grade on right is a narrow road 150 feet to unlocked wire gate. Drive in 1/4 mile to left turn and park. Walk down 1p0 feet watching for short trail down to arroyo floor. Hike up arroyo to right turn. Then up to waterfall. Might be too much water to hike. Or road at 5.2 miles might be too steep to turn onto. If so continue up to road on left that goes into another arroyo. Drive up arroyo to falls. Might need 4wheel for both after rain. Falls will be roaring.

Dean, did you try the waterfall on the road to La Paz at KM marker 33. You turn left there and can park about a mile in. The waterfall is in walking distance from there. Should be a good waterfall with all that rain.
