• Tourist Permits (FMM)cannot be obtained at the Mexican Consulate. The same rule will be applied to all nationalities that have a Green Card and are Permanent Residents in the U.S.A

It is not a great area (hahahaha not safe in USA) so if you have items exposed they could disappear. My father was vacationing in SD so he met me there and kept watch. that was 12 years ago and then got my FM3. so now with goggle map you can see if there is a secure parking lot, the nice thing is all one way streets and so easy to navigate with big vehicle. I found street parking easily.
