For those of you driving across the border and will be in need of an FMM, or Mexican Visa, the following web site will guide you through the process of obtaining it online. Fill out the forms (click on the English button), make a credit card payment, receive email confirmation and download link, download and print the Visa and have it stamped at the border. This will alleviate the need to go through this process at the border saving potential hassles and time. I just did it, very simple!
at the specific crossings listed in the previous headings there are instructions where you can get the visas generally with map or pictures.. Only the San Ysidro crossing is it confirmed they are open with a bank 24 hours.Hi Fellow Travelers, We always cross at Tecate. If you are a member or join Discover Baja Travel Club, you can pay the fee to them online with a credit card and they mail you your travel visas. Then at the border, you only go into the immigration office once, show them the bank receipt and visas that the travel club sent you and they stamp your visa. One stop shopping!! Have a great trip.We are heading down ourselves soon!
