Not long ago I posted about why are the wait times at CA border crossings so long vs all the others. I think I have an understanding why now. I received an email to take a survey today. And it is in reguards to the proposed Otay east crossing which would be a toll crossing and road. So logistically if it is a USD$10.00 to USD$20.00 crossing they will never allow the existing crossings to be reasonable is my human factors take.

Only for San Ysidro and Otay I use the app Border Traffic. Costs about $7 a year and is on spot for those crossings.
